Prices shown on the website include VAT and exclude shipping costs.
For private customers: payment by cheque or bank card when ordering, plus a contribution to shipping costs.
For clubs: 50% when ordering and the balance on delivery, plus a contribution to shipping costs.
Lycra is a registered trademark of Dupont for a fabric made of 80% polyamide and 20% elastane. Velvet is a generic name for a fabric made of 80% polyamide and 20% elastane.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Our goods are collected from our premises and travel at the consignee's risk, whatever the shipping method. Any claim concerning them must be made within eight days of receipt. Any late payment of our invoices automatically gives rise to the payment of interest calculated on the basis of the Banque de France advance rate from the due date, and entitles us to cancel or, if necessary, postpone the remainder of the order. Should we be obliged to instruct an agent (commercial litigation service, approved lawyer, etc.) to recover the sums owed to us, it is expressly agreed that, in addition to interest and by way of a penalty clause, we shall be paid compensation set at 20% of the principal amount of our claim to cover our expenses. In the event of a dispute, the Commercial Court of Marseille shall have sole jurisdiction, even in the case of multiple defendants or third-party claims. Retention of title: where this clause is not incompatible with the law of the destination country, the seller shall remain the owner of the goods delivered until full payment by the buyer of the corresponding invoices.
