Production time for individual orders on the online shop
Items in stock are usually shipped within 1 to 2 working days after payment is received. If items are not in stock, please allow an extra 4 to 5 days.
For availability, it is best to call us on , Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Orders are shipped by tracked letter or tracked Colissimo parcel.
Returns
To return an item, simply send it back to us with a copy of your invoice and we will send you the exchange free of charge. Items must not have been worn.
Delivery times – tracked letter and Colissimo
Mainland France and Monaco: delivery takes 48 hours (2 working days).
French overseas territories: estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 days depending on the destination.
International: estimated delivery time is 4 to 8 days depending on the destination.
United States: estimated delivery time is 6 to 12 working days (Colissimo with FedEx). Import duties are paid by us: there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. Learn more about shipping to the USA.
Delivery times are given in working days, i.e. Monday to Saturday inclusive, excluding public holidays. La Poste does its utmost to meet these delivery times. However, an incident beyond our control may cause a delay, for example exceptional weather or a problem with the parcel itself (damage due to insufficient packaging, illegible or incomplete address, etc.).
