Sleeveless Gymnastics Leotards for Girls & Women
Sleeveless gymnastics leotards: the competition classic
The sleeveless leotard is the most widely worn style in gymnastics. With shoulders and arms completely free, it gives maximum freedom of movement on bars, beam and floor. It is lightweight, breathable and comfortable to wear, even during long training sessions or in a warm gym.
At Startner, our sleeveless leotards are designed and made in our own workshop. Designs are sublimation-printed, so colours stay vibrant and the fabric keeps its full stretch, and many styles are finished with colour gradients and rhinestones.
For training and competition alike
For training, a simple, hard-wearing sleeveless leotard is all you need: it stands up to frequent washing and never restricts movement. For competition, choose a more elaborate style with rhinestones or gradients that shows off body lines in front of the judges. Not sure which to pick? Our competition leotard buying guide will help you make the right choice.
Choosing the right cut and size
On a sleeveless leotard, the straps and leg openings must stay firmly in place: nothing should slip during a jump or a turn. The leotard should hug the body without squeezing. Our sizes run from 4 to 14 years for children and from 36 to 46 (European sizes) for women. To measure correctly, follow our guide on how to measure for a gymnastics leotard.

FAQ – Sleeveless leotards
Are sleeveless leotards allowed in competition?
Yes. In women's artistic gymnastics, leotards can be worn with or without sleeves. Just check your federation's rules and your club's guidelines, as some clubs require a team leotard.
How do I stop the straps from slipping?
Choose the right size: a leotard that is too big will gape at the shoulders. It should fit snugly around the torso without being tight. Compare your measurements with the size guide on the product page.
How should I care for a sleeveless leotard with rhinestones?
Wash it inside out, by hand or on a delicate cycle at 30 °C maximum, without fabric softener, then dry it flat. Avoid tumble drying and ironing.
